Polestar Services Co., Ltd. is a certified overseas employment agency established in 2012. We specialize in the recruitment, selection, education, and dispatch of skilled human resources from Myanmar to Japanese companies across multiple industries.
Through our proprietary training system — combining Japanese language education at P.S.T Gakuen with industry-specific technical training — we produce job-ready professionals who integrate seamlessly into Japanese workplaces and culture.

Message from the Representative
We aim to support the growth of Myanmar’s youth and nurture highly skilled human resources who can thrive on the global stage. To achieve this, we provide careful education not only in the Japanese language but also in Japanese culture, customs, manners, and daily life.
By ensuring that our trainees do not cause any inconvenience to Japanese companies, we believe they can enjoy a positive and fulfilling work environment. For this reason, we focus on training that allows them to fully demonstrate their abilities in the workplace.
