In 2015, Polestar KAIGO Service Co., Ltd. was established as a joint venture between POLESTAR group and Japanese care facility operators, Sakura Community Service Co., Ltd. (KAIGO.net Cooperative) and Egao Ichiban Co., Ltd. (Smile Bank Cooperative), with a shared vision of providing high-quality caregiving services in Myanmar.

As the first organization to send Nursing Care Technical Interns to Japan, we continue to contribute to the growth of Myanmar and Japan's caregiving industry through skilled human resource development.
